November in the Smokies

I think I have the best office in the world. I can look out my window and see a beautiful picture. We have our American flag flying on the tall flag pole along side the state flag of Tennessee and the city flag of Sevierville. The background is a beautiful row of trees dressed in their fall colors. It truly is my favorite time of year. With election day just passed our Sevier County High School has at least 50 American flags flying in the breeze demonstrating their patriotism. Our city just had their Winterfest kick-off celebration with Santa in the Enchanted Forest. Children sat on his knee and told him their dearest Christmas wish. Our cities decorate with colorful lights everywhere to welcome visitors to our wonderful corner of Tennessee. It will really get you in the Christmas spirit to come and see the Christmas Story at the Miracle Theatre and the children love all the bright lights everywhere they look. Why don't you come and see for yourselves. You might just want to stay!
